Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I did not know bath salts were illegal.I bought a bag of bath salts at a gas station in august ...left it in my car ...went on a road trip in oct was pulled over and police found it ....I ve never been in trouble I was told it is a felony in Texas how should my attorney fight this new law...
