Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Battery
Can I sue a club bouncer who assaulted me unprovoked? I have visible bruises but not much else. I feel he was just taking out anger and I was the first person he saw.

Re: Battery
Of course you can sue him. Whether or not you prevail will depend upon the evidence and testimony as to everyone's behavior and level of intoxication.
