Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My BF has a warrant for an unpaid speeding ticket. Can he fly to NYC? or will he be picked up at the airport?

Don't know because it depends on where he is flying from and what kind of criminal checks they do. I would recommend posting bail or paying the ticket to make the warrant go away.
