Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
no bill bond
I was charged with a felony. I was detained in jail for 1 month. I was released on a no bill bond. Im not sure what this means. was the case dropped or will it resurface?

It means that when the case was presented to the grand jury for indictment, they found that there was insufficient probably cause to charge you/bind you over for trial. It MIGHT resurface, if the DA believes that he has additional evidence, he can re-present.
