Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
The birthday on my indictment is wrong,and I want to know if my case can be thrown out b/c of is mistake.What do I need to do?

Your birthday? No. Your birthday is only an identifier at the top of the document. It helps whomever is handling the case identify you as the accused. It is NOT a part of the body of the indictment and it is not something that the State must prove in order to obtain a conviction.
You need to hire a lawyer.
