Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am in a bitter custody battle with my ex fiancee. In October of last year, I sent an email to my attorney regarding filing for 50/50 custody. She somehow intercepted that email. Claims I left my email open on her laptop and that is how she saw it. I know I did not do so, because the email was sent from a laptop located 70 miles away from her. She may have had my password and accessed it with out my permission from her laptop since I had not changed it since we split up. We had a hearing on custody and during that hearing, she and her attorney stated she had Facebook chats between me and two different friends that she also tried to use against me. What can I do legally to stop this and hold her accountable?

Change your password. If you gave it to her, then she did not access your account illegally. And she could subpoena those chats anyway. While you have a pending divorce, you should not be talking with other women.
