This is a serious charge. You need to consult a criminal defense attorney in your part of the state. It is possible that the Oklahoma agency will report this to Texas authorities. You need to prepare yourself for the possibility of being charged and arrested. In addition to locating a defense attorney, you should find a bail bondsman that you can work with.
