Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if you had a bond and went to courrt on charges and still owe money to bondsman what can he do.

If the person violates the contract with the bondsman or violates any term of the bond the bondsman can turn in the bond - get off the bond - at any time I.including at a court appearance or even when the case is not on the docket.
