Bond forfeiture
In the state of Texas when a suspect released on bond (+ electronic monitoring) violates the conditions (he cut off the ankle monitor and fled the state) ----- what law enforcement agency is responsible to find and (re)arrest the suspect? Sheriff's Dept.? U.S. Marshalls?

Hello there,
Since his bond was forfeited a warrant was issued for his arrest. This will go into the nation wide database and he could be arrested anywhere law enforcement officers comes in contact with him.
