Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
someone on bond now for forgery of financial document :check" for 800. arrested last night ftraffic stop 1to 4 g of controled substance. will current bond be revoked? will arlington bond go down considerably whrn transferred to tarrant county.

The court will require another bond for the second charge. As long as the "someone" complies with the conditions of the first bond, it should not be revoked.
