What forms can file if bond set excessively?

Hello there,
In Texas no bond shall be set so high so that it works as a vehicle of oppression. One should be entitle to a bond that is reasonably high enough to assure there appearance in court.
So, if the bond is set to high one should file a motion for a bond reduction and argue what one could afford.
There is a legal test that must be met for judges to reduce the bond.
