if you bond out of jail can you still recieve a court appointed attorney?

The practice of judges to routinely deny court-appointed counsel to defendants on bond, has been forbidden. The reality is that it still happens in some courts. It is going to depend upon the specific facts and finances of that case, and to some degree, the unwritten policies of that court.
