Re: bond question
Hello there,
First, you would have to have a condition of bond that prohibits you from leaving the state for this to become an issue. If you do not have a specific condition of bond prohibiting travel then you can travel.
If you do have the condition, have your attorney contact the court to give some compelling reason why you should travel to where you need to go. Courts should be willing to allow you to leave for medical reasons or to allow you to attend a funeral etc.
Sincerely,
