Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Book writing
I have started writing a book. There are several things that are true, actually it is all true. Can I put actual names of people in it? I have been unjustly wronged and there are alot of coverups within an area of the United States. I know this is the reasoning behind all of the ''hell'' I have been through. Please advise what I can & cannot say in my book.

Re: Book writing
One may write the truth without fear. However, it may be necessary to prove it in a suit for libel. The truth is always a defense to a libel suit.
