Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i had a bookeeper working for me .I gave her permission to purchase things with my debit card for my business.she charged office materials for her own business and her kids school supplies.if i call the law will it do any good,she will probably just say i gave her permission to do so.Is it worth it?My tax lady says they wont do anything about it.It was a couple thousand dollars worth.

I assume that you've fired her.
Have you ever talked to her about repaying the money?
You should consider suing her for the money.
