Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Someone borrowed my rental car and got arrested in it for drugs. The car was seized. What do I do?

If the rental company is not notified, they my claim that you stole the car. They may file a claim under the contract if you did not have the right to allow anyone else to drive the car.
