Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My ex Boss/ Ex Friend told me to pay my college tuition of 631.00 with his credit card because i worked for him and he didn't want me to have to pull out another loan. We recently had a big fall out and now he is saying that he never told me to use his card for that and that he is going to file a Fraudulent charge claim on the tuition. How can i protect myself from this?

Get money to repay your tuition as the credit card company will take the money from your college. Get a criminal defense attorney. Find witnesses who heard your boss give you permission to use his credit card.
