Re: boundaries of a probation officer
Hello there,
Since you are on probation you have to follow conditions. Those conditions should include information informing you that your probation officer has the right to visit you at your home or where you work.
So, you probation officer can visit you whenever he wants to. Its not normal for a police officer to accompany a PO. It sounds as if your PO is trying very hard to find something on you.
Be very careful not to violate your conditions of probation.
If my office can be of any assistance feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
