Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

my boyfriend was arrested for tresspassing in my apartment, he had my keys that i let hime use for the day, and i knew that he was there, i was at work at the time. He tried to explain the situation to the offiver but the officer kept harrissing my boyfriend. He stopped him first on tuesday, then again the next day and finally the officer arrested him on the tird day. He took the keys i let him use from hime locked my door and took him to jail what cab i do about this?

I hope that your boyfriend has a criminal defense lawyer representing him.

As far as what you can do: You can write an affidavit explaining that you gave your boyfriend the key and gave him permission to be in your apartment. Give the affidavit to your boyfriend's attorney or the prosecutor handling the case.
