Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What can i do to help my boyfriend beat a case of agg. assault on a family member with me being the victim? It was blown way out of proportion.

You can cooperate with his lawyer - answering the lawyer's questions, etc. Be aware that it will be VERY difficult to beat the case as Harris County has a special division which prosecutes these types of cases, particularly where they have a recantation or noncompliant complainant.
