Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my boyfriend got a new case while on probation.. his probation was reboked he was sentensed to 6 months state jail with a 10,000 plea bond..can i pay the plea bond so he can be realesed even though he has already been transfered to state jail? he has only been in state jail for 1 week and was transfered back to county jail for court 1 day ago.

I think you mean a $10,000 appeal bond. If so, he would have to appeal the conviction in order to be eligible for the bond. You need to discuss this with his attorney.
