Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my boyfriend was charged with possession of a controlled substance under a gram and he was bailed out. Then he missed his court date due to circumstances beyond his control. We got him a no arrest bond but he missed the bond hearing and before he could make it to the bail bonds the officer came to the house and picked him up. So now he is in custody and he doesn't have a bond or a scheduled court date yet, but he is supposed to see the judge tomorrow. He has a couple cases but the last one was in 2010 and this is his 1st drug conviction. what do you think the judge may do?
