Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfriend is a constant victim of theft. He works during the day, and is constantly robbed of mostly scrapped metals during this time. Neighbors have witnessed these crimes and reported them to the police. But nothing is ever done. What can he do, and how far can he go legally?

Set up a video to record who is stealing from him. With the evidence on the video, call the cops again and get an investigation going.
