Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
ok so my boyfriend is in jail for delivery of a controlled substance which is a 2nd degree felony, because of that he revoked his probation. How much jail time is he looking at?? might i add he was not on probation for a drug charge.

A second degree felony carries up to 20 years in prison as the punishment. What he might get on the other case (probation case) depends on the level of that offense. The time he receives on both cases will run concurrently (at the same time.)
