Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my boyfriend is in jail for a 3rd degree felony robbery. My boyfriemd and the alleged victim had a fight and he went to jail. He already has been convicted of two drug charges 7 years ago. We are trying to get the charge dropped to a misdemeanor. If we dont what are the possibilties and how much jail time could he be facing.
