Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my boyfriend is trying to join the army but has a previous record of class c misdemeanor from 2009 we are trying to see if there is any way we can get his record expunged/pardoned. We are still together and have a 2 year old son.....it was just a dumb mistake that happened and we learned from....please help

He can't get in because he has a Class C?? a Class C is the lowest type misdemeanor punishable by fine only, are you sure?
