Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfriend has 5 misdemeanor charges on him,, aggravated assault, criminal trespessing, 2 revoking probation, terroristic threat,, I'm trying to figure out what I can do with him his bail is set at 12,500 and he has court tomorrow if they charge him he will be fine 6 years we have 5 kids and I want to help him as much as i can but I'm not sure where to start it what to do

Aggravated assault is a 2nd degree felony (unless enhanced to 1st degree). Terroristic threat is a misdemeanor. No telling about the probations.
You can help him best by making yourself available to his lawyer and doing whatevever the lawyer requests. Sounds like you need to focus on your kids since he is not bothering to do so.
