Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my boyfriend is on parole in one county but moved to another county, the parole people got his transfer messed up and around december they called and told him they were issueing a blue warrant for him, though he was not the problem the paper work inbetween counties malfunctioned. He has held down a job since his release and been in no trouble but this mix up. What can be done to keep him from being arrested and maybe losing his job, truck, and freedom?

Hire a parole lawyer ASAP and he will have to probably turn himself in if he wants to get "credit" for trying to do the right thing.
