Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfriend has been on probation for about a year. He messed up and now has two violations of probation. His new PO officer is going to reinstate him. My question is will he be released and when?

His probation officer does not make the decision on what happens on his probation; the judge does. The judge may give him any amount of "jail therapy" - sitting in jail to get his attention.
