Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

help

my and my boyfriend rent furniture from a place and we though we paid it off they say we havent't I already paid over $2500.00 for the merchadise and all I had left is tv and radio but we were in a jam and we pawed it now they are saying we owe for the tv only they are saying we can be accused of a theft of service code7-31.04 as a jail felony what does that mean does that mean me and him are going to be put in jail for this? can you help me out I have 2 kids and I can't go to jail over a tv.

Don't you have receipts? The receipts will demonstrate that you have paid in full. Write a letter demanding a full accounting of the payment history on the account. Also ask them to put their accusation in writing, it could cost them quite a bit of money.
