Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfriend is going in for his routine visit with his probation officer and to take a drug/alcohol evaluation. He was recently charged with a DWI and although there is not currently a warrant out, he's worried they can arrest him during this visit. Is that true??

yes, he could be arrested. That all depends on the probation officer.
