Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfriend was on 8 yr adjudicated probation got arrested at 7 yrs and 10 months two months shy of the 8 yrs how much time are we looking for him to do????? Help

Being on deferred means that if the deferred gets adjudicated, he can get from 2 years in prison up to the maximum for whatever the original charge was (which could mean 10 years for a 3rd degree up to life for a first degree.)
