Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My boyfrient went to jail for warrents. I think back in June, Well I post bail and we hired a lawyer for the warrents, But we got pulled over for a light out on the car. And the officer said he has warrents, The same warrents he has a lawyer working on. Will he get out of jail for the warrents? Or what will happen?

Call the lawyer. Sounds like the lawyer didn't do what s/he was supposed to do IF it is the same warrants.
