breaking and entering
16 year old girlfriend let me stay at her house without her parents consent. a party was thrown at her house and things were stolen i was unaware of stolen items do parents have a case against me for breaking and entering or burglary?

If all the facts you stated are completely true, I do not believe they could bring criminal charges against you. However, be careful having a 16 year old girlfriend unless you are under the age of 19 there could be other charges the parents could push. Call us if you have any more questions 281-485-0990
