Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
someone broke my lcd/cd screen in my car
my boyfriend punched my cd player screen and busted it and said he hit it instead of me. i made a police report and was being contacted by a detective to see if i wanted to press charges. while in my boyfriends presence, the detective called me and he made me tell her no to pressing charges and now im afraid he wont get it fixed. Is it possible to reopen my case and charge him with criminal mischief?
