Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My brother was charge with 2nd degre- Assult with a deadly weapon. To make a long story short my brother was in a argument with another guy. The other guy punch my brother in the face. My brother got mad and got in his car and backed up acting like he was going to hit him but was still far from him. The guy pressed charges against my brother. It his 1st time offence help please how mad is he in trouble for.
