Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello all. My brother just got denied a dismissal for his misdemeanor theft 0-500 charge because on his application he admitted to using some marijuana one time. Now I'm worried for him. I am wondering what does this mean for him now? We are in Texas. Is it stuck on his record now?
