Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I have a brother currently detained without bond on federal drug conspiracy charges. I would like to know if any of this court-related documents are available for his relatives to review. Currently his attorney just communicates with him and we are pretty much in the dark.

He has a court date at end of July for motions to be heard, is the public allowed in the courtroom during those days? What information can I expect to hear/obtain during those proceedings?

Thanks in advance.

Contact the court clerk regarding the documents. Court hearings are public. It is difficult to guess what will happen without knowing what motions will be heard. I would not expect much. Court is not like TV
