Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My brother is in federal prison. For the last 8 months he has been in solitary confinement for no reason. He has tried to speak with his counselor to ask why he was put there but no one will give him answers. He has also been transferred about three times to different prisons through out the country. What can I do to get answers about him being in there?

Contact his lawyer on the case. You will probably have to pay the lawyer as the lawyer's representation is over, but the lawyer may be able to get answers. Last time I heard of this time of situation it turned out that the guy was being charged with capital murder in state court in the county in which he had resided.
