Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my brother has been in harris county jail for 3 weeks now on a no bond out of florida. ive contacted florida and they have sent 3 teletypes to harris county which should remove the no bond hold on him. harris county after three weeks has yet to remove it and florida says the bond is 1500 and they cant help any more as far as removing the no bond hold on him. what do i do now?

This should be addressed with a local criminal defense lawyer.
The situation you are describing may be a good application of the "Interstate Agreement on Detainers". You local lawyer will be able to better advise your brother how to proceed.
