There are two different procedures for attempting to remove items from a criminal record. Under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 55 you will find expunction, which is a process for removing items that qualify from a past criminal record. The second possibility is Non-Disclosure of Criminal History Information, which is found under Texas Government Code section 411. Each of these procedures will require an attorney to assist you. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
