Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Please help a brother out.
I'm in Harris county Tx. and I was charged with agg.assult w/deadly weapon (BS) and was sentenced to 6 years probation. I got defered adjudication and I completed it early without getting in trouble and now am trying to get it off my record, how do I do this????

Not so simple.
You cannot get it expunged, but eventually you might qualify for non-disclosure, which prevents the majority of the world from knowing what you did. There are time limits, and it depends on long ago it was. Talk with a lawyer that practices in Harris County.
