My brother is in jail for position of cocain & distribution (10 grams)
And, he 's a illegal alien here in the United States for the pass 15 years he is 24 years old now and he's marry and have two children. What would be the possibilities of him get deported? and, is he gonna be able to get a permit to stay here in the united stated?
