Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my brother went to jail for not following through with his probabtion which he had for ten years now the family would like to know what could be his maxium sentence now since he didnt follow through.... his probation was for burgurly inhababutat that is what he was on probation if you can possibly help us out with some kind of idea on how long he will be gone we would appreciate it thank

Burg hab is a second degree felony which carries a sentence of 2 to 20 years in prison.
