My brother in law is in jail for 3 months. The charge is : felony Assault FV/ Impede Breath Circ & Interference W/Emg Call . He is ilegal and He is with Immigration Hold Charge. His bond is 16,000. We want to release Him. First reduce his bond y also relesase from Immigration What do we have to do ?
