Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

What should we do?

My brother put he's put his on his baby mama, he though he was going to jail righ away.She was seeing his best friend and now my brother dosen't want to speak to her or see her at all, and she keeps calling and texting, leavign voice mails, she wants him back. Well the messages are like u don't want to go to jail again, lets talk work things out. to me it's like if he dosen't get with her she's going to file charges on him. is there anything he can do?

Go to jail for what?

Child support?

Is it his child? If so, regardless of the relationship, he needs to pay it or he will go to jail.

If it is not his child, then he needs to hire a lawyer and prove it.

Either way that takes her power away.
