Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My Brother has recently been put in jail and the only information I can find online has terms which i dont understand... What does "Admonishment to right to counsel" mean?

It depends on the circumstances, but it probably means that your brother has appeared before a judge who informed him that he has a right to an attorney as well as other rights.
