My brother was sleep in the house his mother in law from another state called the police in houston tx to report domestic violence the police went to my brother how while he was sleep and his wife told the police that he did not touch her they took him to jail and said they were getting him with assault d he went to jail and he was let out within 13 hrs without any ticket are bond and the judge told him time served so is the case dismissed or is the charge on his name
