Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my brother suposly shot himself but there was a guy who said he was my brothers bestest friend can i sue him for telling my brother that he wont shoot himslef and that the bullets are stoper bullets that they wont hurt him?

You can always sue someone in civil court but whether you would be able to collect damages depends on many factors. You should consult in person with a civil lawyer. (You posted this question under criminal law.) Moreover, if the person does not have any money, then you would not be able to collect even if you won the lawsuit.
