Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My brother wife is being charged with welfare fraud he is afraid they may charge him as well. He never sign the applications he says and never recieved benefits as she only listed her and the kids and she told welfare office they were seperated. Could they charge him too and if so is it possible can he get probation if he has no prior offenses.

Yes he can get probation. Yes he can be charged if he was an accomplice - knew what she was doing and consumed the goods, so to speak.
